A fast growing metal scrap company is currently looking for excellent candidates for the following positions :

 

1. Deputy Operation Manager (DOM) – Male

• Responsible for leading, planning, organizing and controlling the warehouse processes to achieve targeted objectives.
• Ensure the quality and output of the products to the required standard.
• Ensure full utilization of manpower resources, machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for ISO certification in warehouse. 

2. Exim Manager (EM) – Male/Female

• Responsible for import & export procedure, LC, shipping arrangement & scheduling.
• Liasing closely with head office on daily shipment matters.
• Understand the lates export import regulation & custom law.
• Continously manage logistics KPI improvement through e-GLS. 

3. Accounting & Finance Manager (AFM) – Male/Female

• Responsible for averall financial & acc operations of the office.
• Understand the latest Ind. Tax decree & regulation.
• Liasing with bank for credit facility matters & planning for smelting plant project.
• Responsible for bringing & implementing acc system. 

4. Accounting Staff (AS) – Female

• Handle account receiveable, payable & taxes.
• Prepare monthly & yearly financial report.
• Plan operational cash flows.
• Maintain accounting records. 

5. Cashier Cum Admin (CO) – Female

• Responsible for handling daily petty cash, administrative work and phone call. 

6. Personal Assistant Cum Sales (PACS) – Female

• Assist GM for planning, meeting & daily activity.
• Accunting for sales follow up, enquiry & email.
• Liasing closely with head office on daily operational matters, include business negotiation & development. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelor from Eco/Eng (1), Shipping (2), Acc (3-4), Biz/Mgt (6), Dip. Acc/Mgt (5)
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & dialect (value added(, Excell, Words, Powerpoint, Internet & Email (1-6)
• Initiative, willing to work long hour & dateline, hard working (1-6)
• Relevant work experience min 5 years (1-6)
• Must have good connection with Bea Cukai Society (2), Bankers & Business Society (3)
